Returns and complaints
In order to make a complaint about a product purchased through the mesonica.pl website, please send an email to: info@mesonica.com.
The e-mail with the complaint should contain:
- Name of the product
- Date and number of order
- Description of defect
- Photos of the product and the defect
- Proof of purchase (sales invoice)
The warranty for products purchased through mesonica.com is given to individual customers for a period of 24 months. If the complaint proves to be legitimate, i.e. concerns a manufacturing or material defect, we will help to remove the problem.
The warranty does not cover:
>> Mechanical damage, cuts, tears, abrasions, burns, dirt, stains caused by the user, damage resulting from exposure to temperatures other than room temperature; etc.
>> Normal wear and tear, foam hardness or natural changes due to uneven use;
>> Defects caused by improper installation or use inconsistent with the intended use and recommendations contained in the brochure accompanying the furniture.
Returns:
The customer also has the right to return goods without giving a reason within 14 days of taking possession of the goods.
The right of return does not apply to upholstered furniture and mattresses that are not prefabricated, configured to individual customer specifications.
In order to return goods purchased through mesonica.com website, please fill out the STATEMENT and send it via email to: info@mesonica.com within 14 days of taking possession of the product.
Returned goods should be declared with the Seller and sent back to the address: Mesonica Sp. z o.o., ul. Cementowa 10, 30-740 Kraków, Poland. The cost of return is covered by the buyer and it is up to him to choose the method while we encourage you to use the services of DTS company.
The purchased item(s) can be returned within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. The period to withdraw from the agreement shall expire after 14 days from the day on which you gained possession of the item. The goods should be returned intact, unused, unchanged.
The seller does not accept shipments sent COD and at the expense of the recipient.
All details regarding the return of purchased products will be determined individually by e-mail and/or telephone contact.
